Goal and conversion tracking for client campaigns

Proving results is the whole job. Agencies can configure conversion goals, tracking pixels, and attribution windows on client campaigns directly, so the campaigns you run report the outcomes your client actually cares about.
What you can configure
For any client campaign you manage, open the campaign's Setup tab to configure:
- Conversion goals: the key events that count as a result for this campaign, for example a signup, a deposit, or a wallet connect.
- Tracking pixel and SDK setup: the snippet the client's site needs so Mintfunnel can see conversions.
- Attribution window: how long after a click a conversion still counts toward the campaign.
These settings live on the client's campaign, so reporting works the same as on any Mintfunnel campaign: the client sees the same conversion numbers you do.
Where to do it
- Open the client from your Clients hub.
- Go to their Campaigns tab and open the campaign.
- Open the Setup tab and configure goals, pixel, and attribution window there.
Permission rules
Goal configuration is a campaign-management action, so the usual two gates apply:
- Your agency role: Owners, Admins, and Managers can configure goal tracking on any client's campaigns. Members can configure it on their assigned clients only. Analysts cannot change tracking settings.
- The link scope: if the client granted your agency a read-only link, goal settings are visible but locked for everyone at your agency, the same as every other campaign setting.
Two kinds of "attribution", kept separate
Do not confuse conversion attribution with ownership attribution:
- Conversion attribution is what this article covers: which clicks get credit for which conversions, controlled by the goals and window you configure.
- Ownership attribution is the permanent record of which agency and which user created a campaign. You cannot configure or change that; it is stamped automatically.
Changing a goal or window changes how results are counted. It never changes whose campaign it is or who is shown as having done what.
Changes are logged
Every change to goal tracking settings is written to the activity log with the actor and your agency label. The client can see on their own activity feed that tracking settings were updated, and by whom. If you tighten an attribution window and the conversion numbers move, the log shows exactly when the change happened and who made it, which is the conversation-saver you want it to be.
