Mintfunnel Analytics Service Terms & SLA

Last updated: September 5, 2026 · Version 2026-09-05

These Service Terms (the "Analytics Terms") govern your use of Mintfunnel Analytics, the web analytics and onchain attribution product offered by CB Platforms LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Mintfunnel ("Mintfunnel", "we", "us"). They supplement the Mintfunnel Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Analytics Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these Analytics Terms control for Mintfunnel Analytics only.

By activating Mintfunnel Analytics, or by accepting these terms in the dashboard, you agree to them on behalf of the organization you represent.

1. The service

Mintfunnel Analytics collects traffic, engagement, and conversion signals from sites where you install the Mintfunnel snippet, from conversions you report to us over the server-side API, from onchain activity of wallets attributed to your marketing, and from data sources you connect (for example Telegram, Discord, and Google Search Console). It reports that data back to you in the dashboard, in exports, in webhooks, and through conversion push-back to the advertising platforms you connect.

Plans, allowances, add-ons, and prices are described on the pricing page and on the Plan and billing page in your dashboard. The plan you select, and any add-ons you buy, determine your monthly conversion-event allowance, your traffic-event allowance, the number of connected data sources, and how far back reports can display.

2. Service levels

2.1 Availability commitment

We commit to the following monthly availability, measured per calendar month across all customers:

  • Event collection endpoints (the snippet's collector, the analytics beacon, the landing beacon, and the server-side conversions API): 99.9%
  • The Mintfunnel Analytics dashboard, exports, and reports: 99.5%

"Availability" means the percentage of minutes in the month during which the component accepts and responds to well-formed requests. Minutes during Excluded Events (section 2.3) are not counted. Collection and reporting are measured separately on purpose: the collector is designed to keep accepting events even while the dashboard is unavailable, so a dashboard outage does not lose your data.

2.2 Service credits

If we miss a commitment in a calendar month, you may request a credit against your next invoice for the affected component, calculated on the monthly plan fee (or one twelfth of the annual fee) for Mintfunnel Analytics:

  • Below the commitment but at or above 99.0%: 10%
  • Below 99.0% but at or above 95.0%: 25%
  • Below 95.0%: 50%

To claim a credit, write to support within 30 days after the end of the month in question with the dates and times you observed the problem. Credits are applied to future invoices, are capped at 50% of the monthly fee for the month in question, are not paid in cash, and are your sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet the availability commitment. Credits are available to paid plans only.

2.3 Excluded events

The following do not count against availability:

  • Scheduled maintenance, announced at least 48 hours in advance through the dashboard status indicator or by email, limited to four hours per month.
  • Failures of third parties we rely on but do not control, including blockchain RPC providers, advertising platform APIs (Google, Meta, TikTok, X), Google Search Console, Telegram, Discord, Stripe, and DNS or content delivery networks, where the failure is not caused by us.
  • Your own configuration, code, network, or a snippet installed incorrectly or on a site you do not control.
  • Suspension or throttling under section 5 (fair use) or under the Terms of Service.
  • Features labelled "Beta" in the dashboard (section 2.6).
  • Force majeure events, including denial-of-service attacks that exceed our reasonable mitigation.

2.4 Support and response targets

Support is available from the Support page in your dashboard and by email. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 US Eastern Time, excluding United States federal holidays. First-response targets by plan:

  • Scale: priority support, first response within 4 business hours.
  • Pro: priority support, first response within 1 business day.
  • Starter: standard support, first response within 2 business days.
  • Free: community and help center, best effort.

Priority conversations are flagged and handled ahead of standard ones. A first response is an acknowledgement from a person with a plan for resolution; resolution times depend on the issue. Scale customers also receive an onboarding session on request.

2.5 Data durability and retention

Aggregated daily reporting data is retained for the life of your account. Detailed session records and raw event payloads have shorter operational retention windows, currently 90 days for raw events and the widest plan history window plus a margin for sessions, and may be pruned after that. Your plan controls how far back reports can display; upgrading widens the window but cannot recreate detail that has already aged out.

We take reasonable measures to protect against data loss, including daily database backups. Mintfunnel is not a system of record for your business, and you should keep your own records of conversions you report to us.

2.6 Beta features

Features labelled "Beta" in the dashboard are provided as previews. They may change or be withdrawn, are excluded from the availability commitment, and carry no service credits. We will tell you when a Beta feature becomes generally available.

3. Metering, allowances, and overage

A tracked (conversion) event is a wallet connect, a custom event you fire with track() or report over the server-side API, or a no-code goal conversion. Pageviews, sessions, heartbeats, snippet loads, redirect hops, and the ongoing onchain monitoring of wallets already attributed to you never count toward the conversion allowance. Bot and crawler traffic is filtered out before anything is counted.

When conversions exceed your monthly allowance, a 20% grace applies; beyond it, conversion ingestion is throttled until the month rolls over or you add capacity. Traffic events above the traffic allowance are never dropped; you are warned and asked to upgrade. Nothing is deleted because you went over.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Install the snippet only on sites you own or are authorized to measure, and register each hostname in the dashboard.
  • Respect your visitors' choices. Where consent to analytics or storage is required by law, gate the snippet with your consent tool (the SDK supports data-consent="denied" and a runtime grant() call, honours Global Privacy Control, and listens to IAB TCF v2 consent signals), and provide any notices required by the laws that apply to you.
  • Send us no personal data. The snippet, the server-side API, and the webhook and export formats are designed for opaque identifiers only. Do not place names, email addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, or wallet addresses of individuals you have identified into event names, properties, or URLs. We scrub common personal-data keys defensively, but the obligation is yours.
  • Connect only accounts and data sources you are authorized to connect, and keep your credentials, install tokens, API keys, and webhook secrets confidential. Rotate them from the dashboard if they are exposed.
  • Use the conversion push-back and webhook features in compliance with each destination platform's terms.

5. Fair use and abuse

Mintfunnel may throttle or suspend collection for an account that sends malformed, forged, or abusive traffic, that attempts to attribute activity it did not generate, or that materially exceeds its allowances without adding capacity. We will notify you and work with you to restore service where the cause is a good-faith mistake.

6. Data processing and privacy

Between you and Mintfunnel, you are the controller of the data collected from your sites and the conversions you report; Mintfunnel processes it on your behalf to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect about you as a customer.

Mintfunnel does not store raw IP addresses from the snippet; addresses are truncated and hashed with a rotating salt for fraud and identity-graph purposes. Visitors are identified by opaque, randomly generated identifiers. Wallet addresses observed onchain are public blockchain data.

We use sub-processors to run the service, including cloud hosting, a content delivery network, a payment processor, transactional email, blockchain data providers, and, where you connect them, the advertising and search platforms you choose. A current list is available on request. We will not sell your data and will not use it to build audiences for other customers.

7. Term, cancellation, and changes

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel from the Plan and billing page at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan and continues to collect at the Free allowance. We do not refund partial periods. Add-ons can be removed at the end of the current period.

We may change these Analytics Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard, and the dashboard will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Mintfunnel Analytics. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.

8. Warranty and liability

The Terms of Service govern warranties, disclaimers, indemnities, and limits of liability. In addition, the service credits in section 2.2 are the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet the service levels in section 2.
