1. Introduction
Welcome to Mintfunnel, a platform and website operated by CB Platforms LLC ("Company", "CB Platforms", "Mintfunnel", "we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled securely and responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with us in any way.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Information that can identify you as an individual, such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
- Non-Personal Information: Information that does not directly identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages, and URLs.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and tracking technologies — including Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, advertising attribution pixels, session recording tools, and Mintfunnel's proprietary onchain attribution pixel — to monitor your activity on our site and collect information on how you use Mintfunnel.
3. Tracking Technologies and Consent
The Service uses tracking technologies provided by third parties and by Mintfunnel to enable analytics, advertising, attribution, and related functionality. The technologies currently in use include, without limitation:
- Analytics: Google Analytics, which collects data about visits to understand how users interact with the Service.
- Advertising and Attribution: Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads pixels, and other advertising and attribution pixels that measure campaign effectiveness and enable relevant ad targeting.
- Session Recording: Session replay and heatmapping tools that capture interaction events such as clicks, scrolls, and navigation patterns to improve user experience.
- Mintfunnel Proprietary Pixel: Mintfunnel's own onchain attribution pixel, which attributes user actions to on-chain activity and advertising conversions across the Mintfunnel network.
These technologies may collect information about your interactions with the Service, including page views, navigation patterns, click events, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, referrer information, and similar data. This data may be transmitted to and processed by third-party providers, in some cases on servers located outside your country of residence.
Consent through use. By accessing the Service and continuing to use it, you acknowledge and consent to the use of these tracking technologies and to the collection, transmission, and processing of data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, do not use the Service.
Opt-outs. You may control or limit certain tracking through standard browser controls (including cookie blocking and Do Not Track signals) or through the opt-out mechanisms provided by individual third-party providers, such as Google Analytics opt-out tools and Meta privacy controls. Limiting optional tracking does not affect your ability to use the Service.
