Agency accounts let you manage multiple client accounts from one Mintfunnel workspace: shared team roles, a central wallet, client-level campaign and PR management, and a full activity log. Agency status is granted by application. This article covers how to apply, what we ask for, and what happens after you submit.

Who should apply

Apply if you run ad campaigns or PR orders on behalf of other companies. If you only advertise for your own brand, a standard advertiser account already does everything you need.

Applying does not change your current account. While your application is under review you keep full, normal use of Mintfunnel as an advertiser. Only the agency features stay locked until you are approved.

Two ways to start an application

1. During signup. When you create your Mintfunnel account, choose the "I'm an agency" option. After you verify your email, you are taken straight to the agency application form.

2. From your account page. If you already have a Mintfunnel account, go to My Account, then Profile and open the Apply for agency status card. It takes you to the same application form.

What the form asks for

  • Agency name: the name your clients know you by.
  • Website: your agency's site.
  • Business email: see the work-email rule below.
  • Primary contact name: who we should reach about the application.
  • Annual ad budget band: pick the range that best fits the total yearly spend you manage across clients. The bands are: under $50k, $50k to $250k, $250k to $1M, $1M to $5M, and $5M+. This helps us route your application; there is no wrong answer.

The work-email rule

Your business email must be on a company mail domain. Addresses from free consumer providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, iCloud, Proton, and similar) are rejected by the form.

Your business email does not need to match your website's domain. If your agency site is `example.agency` but your team mail runs on `exampleco.com`, that is fine. The only requirement is that it is a real business mailbox, not a personal one.

What happens after you apply

Our team reviews every application by hand. Your application will be in one of four states:

  • Pending: submitted and waiting for review. No action needed from you.
  • More info requested: a reviewer needs something clarified. You will get a message explaining what is missing. Update your application and resubmit; it returns to pending.
  • Approved: you are in. You will get an email with a link to set up your agency workspace. See Setting up your agency.
  • Rejected: the application was declined, and the notification includes the reason.

You are notified by email at each status change, and you can always see the current status on the application page.

Reapplying

A rejection is not permanent. If your situation changes (for example, you now have a business email domain, or your agency has launched its website), you can resubmit your application and it goes back into the review queue as pending.
