Managing Your Notification Preferences

Control which Mintfunnel notifications reach you, in-app or by email, by category.

Mintfunnel sends notifications when something happens on your account — a campaign is approved, a payout is paid, an order needs your attention. You can control which of these reach you and where, from your notification preferences page at app.mintfunnel.co/notifications/preferences.

Two delivery channels

  • In-app — the bell icon in the top-right of the dashboard. Click it to see recent notifications and a link to the full inbox.
  • Email — sent to the address on your Mintfunnel account.

You can opt each category in or out of each channel independently — for example, keep Campaigns notifications in-app only, but get Press Release Orders both in-app and by email.

Categories

  • Account — security and identity events: email change verifications, profile changes.
  • Campaigns — status changes on your native ad campaigns (approved, rejected, out of funds).
  • Billing & Wallet — top-ups, payouts, insufficient-funds alerts, invoices.
  • Domains — publisher domain approval status, expiry reminders.
  • Press Release Orders — order status changes, assignments, new messages, revision drafts to review.
  • Messages from Support — direct messages from the Mintfunnel Team to your account.
  • Product Updates & Tips — what's new, occasional usage tips. The most opt-out-friendly category.

Transactional notifications

Two categories are transactional and can't be fully turned off: Account and Billing & Wallet. You can still turn off the in-app delivery for these, but the email channel stays on regardless. This makes sure you always receive security-critical and money-related notices.

Changing your preferences

  1. Open Settings → Notifications (or click your avatar in the top-right and choose Notification preferences).
  2. For each category, toggle In-app and Email on or off.
  3. Click Save changes. The new settings apply immediately to any notification fired after that point.

The in-app inbox

Click the bell icon to see your five most recent notifications. Use See all or visit app.mintfunnel.co/notifications for the full inbox. Mark items as read one at a time, or use Mark all as read to clear the badge.

Common questions

Why am I still getting some emails after turning a category off? Either the category is transactional (Account or Billing & Wallet — email stays on by design), or the email is a one-off platform-team direct message that uses Messages from Support. Double-check both categories.

Can I get notifications by SMS or push? Not yet. Email and in-app are the two delivery channels today.

My team has multiple users on the same account — do they each have their own preferences? Yes. Each user sets their own preferences and has their own in-app inbox.
