Client analytics and reporting

Your agency workspace reports at two levels: one client at a time, and your whole book of business at once. This article explains where each view lives, what it shows, and how access rules shape what a given teammate sees.
Two levels of reporting
- Per-client analytics answer "how is this one client doing?" You reach them from the client's cockpit.
- Cross-client analytics and the Overview answer "how is my whole roster doing?" You reach them from the agency menu.
Both draw on the same underlying performance data your clients see on their own accounts, so the numbers you report and the numbers the client sees always match.
Per-client analytics
- Open the client from your Clients hub.
- Go to the client's Analytics tab.
You get that client's performance across their campaigns: the same advertiser analytics any Mintfunnel advertiser sees for themselves, scoped to this one client. You can filter by date range and granularity (daily, weekly, or monthly), adjust the timezone, and focus on a specific campaign. Use this for a client check-in or a monthly report on a single account.
Cross-client analytics
Open Agency, then Analytics for a roll-up across every client you are entitled to see. This is the view for a portfolio-level read: how spend and performance look across the accounts you manage, with the same date, granularity, and timezone controls as the per-client view. It is the right starting point when you want the shape of the whole book before drilling into any one client.
The cross-client Overview
Agency, then Overview is your operational dashboard, distinct from the analytics roll-up:
- A KPI strip: total clients, active campaigns, PR orders in flight, and your central agency wallet balance.
- A campaigns table and a PR orders table spanning all your clients, so you can see what is live and what is in the pipeline in one place.
Where Analytics is about performance trends, the Overview is about current state: what is running right now and where your money sits.
Access shapes what each teammate sees
Reporting respects the same access rules as the rest of the workspace, so two teammates can open the same page and see different scopes:
- Owner, Admin, Manager, and Analyst see all clients in cross-client views.
- Members see only their assigned clients, everywhere, including in the Overview and cross-client analytics.
- Read-only client links appear as view-only: you can read the client's numbers but not act on them.
Role behavior is detailed in Team roles and permissions.
What the client sees
Clients always have full visibility into their own account, even at the most restricted access level. Reporting is never something an agency can hide: a client can open their own analytics and activity feed at any time and see exactly what you see. This is deliberate, and it is the same principle behind the activity log. See Reading the activity log and Client access levels.
Proving results
For campaign reporting to reflect real outcomes and not just clicks, make sure conversion tracking is configured on the client's campaigns: goals, the tracking pixel, and the attribution window. Analytics can only report the conversions it has been told to count. See Goal and conversion tracking for client campaigns.
